Nick has worked through the shift from print, signs and traditional advertising to websites, search visibility, automation and AI-assisted tools. Platforms and fashions have changed repeatedly. The useful part of that experience is knowing which principles still matter: clear communication, strong hierarchy, credible proof, an easy customer journey and work that serves the business rather than the software.
Clients work directly with Nick across the thinking, words, visual direction and build. There is no handoff from salesperson to account manager to designer. The person making the recommendation remains responsible for the quality of the result.

Modern website builders are excellent tools. They can generate layouts, provide hosting and give business owners enormous control. But somebody still has to decide what the website should say, what deserves prominence, how customers should move through it, what looks credible and what should change next. How we work with you
You deal directly with Nick from the first email onwards. The work begins with your business, your customers and any questions or obstacles making it harder for people to choose you. We explain what we recommend, agree the work before it begins and keep it proportionate to the problem. You stay in control without having to become the website operator.
Where we work
Premium Creative works from a home office in Bromley and the Premium Signs studio in Croydon. Both locations are available by appointment only. We also work with businesses across the UK where a project can be handled remotely.
