Last updated: 31 October 2026
Premium Creative respects your privacy and aims to be clear about how personal information is collected and used.
For the purposes of UK data protection law, Premium Creative is operated by Nick Hodson as a sole trader. You can contact us at info@premiumcreative.co.uk, by telephone on 020 8656 1998, or by writing to Premium Creative, 353 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 6RG.
Information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you contact us and the work we carry out for you. It may include:
- your name, email address and telephone number
- your business name and business contact details
- your website address
- the service you are interested in
- your project requirements, objectives and budget information you choose to provide
- messages, correspondence and notes relating to an enquiry or project
- files, photographs, logos, brand assets, copy and other material you supply
- information needed to provide an agreed branding, website or digital systems service
- invoice, payment and accounting information
- limited technical information generated when you use our website or interact with embedded services
We do not ask you to provide more personal information than we reasonably need.
How we use personal information
We may use personal information to respond to enquiries, review existing material where you ask us to, prepare quotations or recommendations, deliver agreed work, communicate about projects, provide support, manage invoices and records, protect our systems and establish or defend legal rights where necessary.
We do not sell personal information.
Our lawful bases
Depending on the circumstances, we rely on one or more of the following lawful bases under UK data protection law:
- Contract: where processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to provide services we have agreed with you.
- Legitimate interests: where it is reasonably necessary to operate and improve our business, respond to business enquiries, maintain appropriate records, protect our systems or manage client relationships, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: where we need to keep or use information to comply with tax, accounting or other legal requirements.
- Consent: where consent is the appropriate lawful basis and you have actively chosen to give it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Enquiries sent through this website
If you use our enquiry form, the form may collect your name, email address, business name, website address, service interest, main objective, budget range and the message you send us.
The enquiry is sent to Premium Creative by email. We currently use Resend to deliver website enquiry emails. If an approved business workflow is connected to the enquiry form, the same enquiry details may also be passed to that system so we can manage the lead or project.
Website chat enquiries
Our dedicated chat page uses Crisp to handle website and SEO enquiries. If you start a conversation, we collect the email address you enter and the messages you send, together with technical information used by the chat service to operate and maintain the conversation. We use these details to respond in chat or follow up by email if we are unavailable. Crisp processes this information on our behalf to provide the messaging service. Chat may use browser storage to keep your conversation available on the same device. Entering an email address does not verify your identity or guarantee access to the same conversation on another device.
Service providers
We use selected service providers where needed to operate the website and business. These may include providers of website hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, file storage, business administration and embedded website services.
The website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure. Website enquiry email is delivered using Resend. We also use Elfsight to display embedded review content on parts of the site.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we expect the relevant provider to use an appropriate legal mechanism for the transfer, such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual safeguards where required.
You can contact us if you would like further information about the safeguards relevant to a particular service provider.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any legal, accounting or business record requirements.
- unsuccessful or inactive enquiry information is normally deleted or reviewed within 24 months of the last meaningful contact
- client, project and contractual records may normally be retained for up to six years after the relationship or project ends where this is reasonably needed for business records or potential legal claims
- financial and tax records are retained for the period required by law
- working files may be deleted earlier when they are no longer required
We may retain information for longer where there is a legal reason to do so.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access your information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, request restriction, object to certain processing, receive certain information in a portable format and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. If you object, we will consider your circumstances and whether we have a lawful reason to continue the processing.
These rights are not absolute and may depend on the circumstances and the lawful basis being used.
Keeping information secure
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against accidental loss, unauthorised access, misuse or disclosure. No internet or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Cookies and embedded services
Our website uses limited browser technologies and embedded services. More information is available in our Cookie notice.
Other websites
Our website may link to other websites, including Premium Signs and third party services. Those websites have their own privacy practices and are responsible for their own handling of personal information.
Complaints
Please contact us first if you have a concern about how we use your personal information. We will try to resolve it.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Current contact information is available at ico.org.uk.
