When you submit an enquiry we collect the details you provide, including your name, work email, business name, website address and information about the problem you would like us to review.

How we use it

We use the information to assess and respond to the enquiry, prepare a relevant proposal and keep a record of the commercial conversation. We do not sell personal information.

Website hosting, email delivery and workflow tools may process the information on our behalf. They are used only where needed to operate the enquiry and service process.

Retention

Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the commercial relationship, legal records and legitimate business administration.

Your rights
