Our own business under review

Turning an editorial website into a credible route to paid work.

This is a live demonstration of the same discipline offered to clients. It records the evidence, decisions and systems used in Premium Creative's own commercial reset.

The observed problem

The site had a distinctive identity and useful articles, but a visitor could not easily understand what practical help was available, who it suited, what it cost or how to begin. The main actions led to the Thought Hub and Premium Signs rather than a Premium Creative enquiry.

The intervention

We retained the existing wordmark, dark editorial theme and Thought Hub. The homepage was rebuilt around a clear problem, four controlled services, defined audiences and a direct enquiry route. Dedicated service and sector pages were added for commercial search intent.

The operational system

The enquiry route now captures the website, sector, concern and likely budget. It is designed to send an internal lead alert, an automatic acknowledgement and an optional workflow webhook. The delivery framework separates automated evidence collection from Nick's human judgement.

The search system

Each commercial page has its own purpose, title, description and canonical address. Structured data, a generated sitemap, robots controls and internal links connect services, sectors, proof, articles and the enquiry route.

What will be measured

We will track search impressions, commercial landing page clicks, qualified enquiries, proposals and paid deposits. Traffic alone will not be treated as proof. Results will be added only after enough real data exists.

Why this case study is useful

It shows the method without pretending an internal build has already produced client revenue. The site itself is the working artefact. The commercial outcome remains under observation.
