Why not just use a website builder?+
You can. Managed is for business owners who would rather have an experienced professional work out the structure, words, design and build instead of doing that work themselves.
What does Managed cost?+
Managed starts from £69 a month, with website setup from £495. The exact price depends on the size and complexity of the website and is confirmed before work begins.
Can I edit a Managed website myself?+
Yes. Managed includes safe self-editing for approved content such as existing wording, prices, opening hours, contact details, team information, testimonials and supplied images. The design, layout and technical structure stay protected.
What does Managed Plus cost?+
Managed Plus starts from £129 a month, with website setup from £495 when we are creating a new website. Existing Managed clients can move to Plus without paying another website setup fee.
What is the difference between Managed and Managed Plus?+
Managed lets you make straightforward approved content changes yourself while we handle the technical side. Managed Plus is for clients who want Premium Creative to handle those ongoing content changes for them instead.
Can I still edit the site myself on Managed Plus?+
Managed Plus is run as a managed-content service, so normal client editing is switched off. You send changes to Premium Creative and we make them so the website stays coordinated and professionally managed.
What is not included in Managed Plus?+
New pages, new layouts, new functionality and substantial new creative work are separate. We tell you the cost before any additional work starts.
How long is the initial commitment?+
The initial term is 12 months. After that, 30 days notice is enough to end the service. If you end during the initial term, the remaining payments for that term become due.
Do I own the website?+
Your domain, business content and assets remain yours. With our bespoke website services, the completed site can be handed over so another developer can host or manage it if you decide to leave. Third-party licensed material remains subject to its own licence.
Am I locked into Premium Creative?+
No. Bespoke websites are not trapped inside a proprietary Premium Creative builder. If you leave, we can provide the site files and reasonable handover information for another developer.
Can I add Growth later?+
Yes. Growth includes the Managed Plus level of website support and adds ongoing marketing, new content and active website improvement.
